The Motueka office of Ray White Real Estate Ltd has been locally owned since April 2004.  Wendy Hemmingsen, Jo Chapman, Mary Kilmartin and David Ogilvie are current partners and owners with David as Manager / Licensee.  Wendy, Jo, and Mary are active as salespeople in a team of nine.  Peter Graham manages a rental division of over 80 properties.  Berny Wallace is our proficient office manager.
